Part 3: The Magic of Drawing Even

In this lecture, we'll research into just what happens when you draw at Rock Paper Scissors with your opponent.
I hope you don't think that drawing with your opponent has got nothing to do with the result!Because actually, drawing with your opponent can be really important for those of you who use smaller beetles!

Let's think about what exactly happens when a large beetle and a small beetle draw.

Here's what the screen looks like when it happens.
It probably looks like both beetles have lost about the same amount of Life Energy. But actually, there's a big difference!

The small beetle loses about 10 units from its Life Energy of 100. (Image 1) But even though the large beetle looks like it has lost about the same amount, it really has lost about 20 units from its Life Energy of 200! (Image 2)

So every time there is a draw the larger beetle is losing TWICE the amount of Life Energy that the smaller beetle is losing! The attacking power (normal attack) of the small beetle is 25, so when you think about it, the smaller beetle is causing about the same amount of damage as if it had won!
